Cabin Crew Training

INITIAL SAFETY TRAINING - 14 DAYS

    The aim of this course is to provide trainees with the knowledge and skills to satisfy as Cabin Crew member as per EU OPS regulations 1.1005.

    PRE-REQUISITES
    • Minimum 18 years old
    • Good comprehension of English
    • Ability to swim 
    COURSE SYLLABUS
    • Day 1 
      Introduction / Crew role and responsibilities / European regulations
    • Day 2
      Basic aeronautics and weather / Regular Flight
    • Day 3
      Fire and relevant equipment / Fire and smoke practical
    • Day 4
      Decompression and relevant equipment / unplanned emergency
    • Day 5
      Practical water survival / Forced landing - ditching
    • Day 6
      Survival / Emergency services and airports
    • Day 7
      Dangerous goods / DG examination / SEP performance feedback
    • Day 8
      CRM, Crew Resouces Management
    • Day 9 to day 12
      First Aid theory and practical ( medical emergencies, CPR, health and hygiene)
    • Day 13
      First Aid performance feedback / Recap SEP / Recap First Aid
    • Day 14
      SEP examination / First Aid examination

    Note 1:

    Fire fighting practical training is done in an open environment, under the control of a professional firefighter.

    Note 2:

    FOR AIRLINES ONLY – NOT APPLICABLE TO INDIVIDUAL STUDENTS: Duration and contents of this initial Cabin Crew training can be modulated to your specific requirements (i.e: SEP only or first Aid only).

PREPARATION FOR CABIN CREW INTERVIEW - 1 DAY

    The aim of this course is to provide individuals with tips and practical exercises in order to give them all chances to successfully pass a cabin crew interview.

CRM - 1 DAY

    The aim of this course is to provide new cabin crew with the required safety knowledge before operating in an airline.

    PRE-REQUISITES
    • Cabin crew experience

    • Day 1 

      Introduction / CCOM / European regulations / Basics of aeronautics

    • Day 2

      Normal procedures / Equipment handling / Turbulence / Decompression / Fire and smoke training

    • Day 3

      Planned & unplanned emergency / Aircraft familiarisation

    • Day 4

      Doors & evacuation practical training (Airbus or ATR) / Fire practical training (*)

    • Day 5

      Test / CRM

       

      (*) Fire practical training is realised in an open environment, under the control of an experienced fireman. Smoke environment training is realised in a long corridor.
